Hettich HT1305
| HT1305 is a powerful, compact benchtop centrifuge for processing microlitre tubes of 0.2 ml to 2.0 ml. At variance with the MIKRO 220, it also accepts standard tubes up to a volume of 50 ml. It is used in clinical laboratories as well as in genetic research, virology and bacteriology. Thanks to its efficient cooling, the HT1305 is also used for DNA and RNA extraction. In an angle rotor, RCF values up to 31,514, in a swing-out rotor up to 18,516 can be generated. A drum rotor allows spinning a maximum of 60 microlitre tubes per run. Quiet and smooth running contribute to a good working atmosphere. |
